Typhoid and Hepititus A are recommended although not compulsory.

Not sure if all Doctors charge for them but my daughter has just had hers for free, whereas a work colleague (living in a different area) had to pay.

to be honest Sam, we didn't have any as we were in tourist areas and not in the real rural areas,
