Anyone know where I find an 'access code' on a confirmation of order email from Ebay??
We've had to return an item that my hubby bought when he signed in as a guest. I've been trying to track the return but when I try to sign in as a guest it asks for the ''access code' which is found on the order confirmation email'!!
I'm blowed if I can find it!!

Apparently, it should look like this:

but Google finds lots of people posting questions similar to your one, so it seems that it's not unknown for it to go missing. (The golden rule seems to be that, in order to avoid problems, you should always sign in as a member).
Is there a 'View Your Order' button in the email? If so, does clicking on it get you anywhere?
