4 Ewe
Question Author
So......Ewe, Dotty and Russia?
Are you sure of the 'w'?
I like potty as a "pot of tea" comes on a trolley, so the same clue is used in two different ways

Clue for W is...."Chiller movie or Christmas story? Yet I must give a clue! (3,7) The Snowman.......I guess.....
Yes, The Snowman.
I think EWE is right but don't really understand it,
I thik RUSTIC is the answer- one dictionary gave a very similar meaning/synonym of "son and daughter of the soil"
Question Author
Many thanks Fiction-Factory.......do you concur with 'Dotty'......or is it 'Potty'??
If you are off your trolley your Potty
Yes, I agree with potty. I think there is a deliberate use of baby-related words- trolley and potty.
The Snowman answer also takes account of the YETI hidden in the clue.
I'm not sure of the reasons for EWE- both blah blah and bah bah sound like sheep noises but I don't know why there is repetition or why they didn't use baa. Maybe I'm missing something obvious or these are Irish expressions
