Excercise Routine To Stay Fit?

I recently started homeschool, and it is the least active I’ve ever been in my life. This is worrying me, since I’ve always been somewhat fit and I want to stay fit. So my other homeschool friend and I have decided to work out together once a week. What is a good routine we could do? We would like something simple enough, and something that doesn’t include weights. Just things like running, sit ups, push ups, squats, etc. we are both young teenagers (13 and 14). Thanks!

Walk or jog everywhere, don't take the bus or be driven, do all household chores, take up gardening for neighbours, walk up and down stairs and never take the lift, get a couple of exercise dvds and do those both with your friend and on your own, join a weekend sports team for a sport you like, join a gym, take up dancing, the possibilities are endless
Teenagers doing household chores, Mallyj??? Pull the other one.
You may have a point Ken4155 but I am sure that this young person wants to be active and probably without shelling out a fortune on gym membership etc so just offereing practical solutions....eg I find hoovering the stairs with my ancient hoover excellent aerobic exercise!!
If you were in normal school, what sort of schedule would you have regarding PE lessons? Try to set a similar schedule...at a minimum. I don't think weekly is enough. More like some sort of daily exercise. Make sure you get outside also.
