Suggestions would be welcome for some fun, quirky or interesting gifts for my wife's Xmas Eve Box. Put pyjamas in with small bottle of Champagne and some Twiglets. Need 3 or 4 small gifts.

Well that was fun. We live on a country lane and just where our garden starts is a gentle bend. So just before midnight a driver managed to cross a 6ft wide ditch, go through our hedge, tear up a large flower bed and rip up 30ft of lawn. Appeared to be considerably in drink. Bizzies took 40 minutes to arrive. Driver over double the legal limit. Happy Christmas.

The driver didn't seem to know who their insurers are, drink didn't help, and the police handheld wotsits couldn't get a signal. Nice female PC says she will ring me tonight with whatever details she can get. I reckon about 2 grand would put right the damage. Hope they are insured.
