How can I get around copy control when recording to MD?

I can't record cds marked with 'copy control' onto MD, my favoured recording/listening medium. Is there any way around this?

If your using something called MD sync which basically records the track as it is & automatically cuts off when the song finishes then it probs wont record the copy controlled cd.

but if u have the option of 'MD Record' which is all manual editing then it might work

Interesting... because yes I normally either do 'sync' to record the whole CD or programme and sync for individual tracks or groups of tracks. I will give try the manual record function - I'm pretty certain I haven't tried that.
