We don't have a dishwasher, there are 3 of us in the house, + two dogs, they do the dishes. NOOOO I'm joking, but the amount of washing up we generate really doesn't need a dishwasher, we take it in turn and its never a problem, and one thing less to go wrong.

BTW, we let our pots dry on the draining board, it's more hygienic, so, tea towels are not required.
