Can any one tell me if the eccentric with the bad blond wig in Emmerdale is in fact 'Ruby' from Upstairs Downstairs?

Thanks. And she still can't act!

She is Jenny Tomasin and was also in earlier Dr Who programmes.I dont know her age but I think she is younger than the part she plays in Emmerdale.
