MY mum bought me the Dyson Animal v8 cordless one for my birthday ans honestly it’s one of the best presents I’ve ever had. It’s so good and had loads of nozzles to get everywhere. I know it only has around 20 mins of power but it’s enough for me. Love it

Thanks most interesting review, I might just get an upright for upstairs with the carpets and keep my Miele downstairs for the laminate and tiled floors.
