I am having poached egg on half a potato farl, himself is having sausage sandwiches with mustard and red sauce.

A burger, some nice chunky yet fluffy chips and all the accompaniments including cheddar, tomato, lettuce, gherkins, relish and some mayo on the side for good measure :-)

having a takeaway with family to celebrate my birthday ,didn't do it yesterday as I had slimming club this morning ,now lost 3st 7 lbs x
