As he has suffered a major stroke which needs a level of treatment and 24 hour observation that can not be provided in a prison there was little alternative.

Pity the Police were not armed, could have shot the P O S dead and saved us all the agro.

No, I dont think he should be freed to live a life of freedom no doubt pid for by tax payers.
