Stick with the AGP version if thats what you have already. PCI Express allows for a larger bandwith, but with A 6800 GT it wont really make any difference as the card is to slow compared to the newer cards on the market. I'm guessing your processor is not the latest around either which makes a big difference to the frame rate.

It never pays to upgrade your PC to the cutting edge stuff as its generally cheaper to start anew and buy a new PC.

Its a Pentium 4 2.8Ghz chip with 1Gb ram - would you say i should upgrade that also? I nevr saw the point spending 200 for another 200Mhz upgrade... Are we talking big peformance gains here? Or should i leave it?
Totally stick with what you've got for the time being! A 2.8ghz P4 and a gig of memory, with a decent gfx card will do you fine for a while yet. Nowadays all the companies are going dual core or more, 64bit chips it's becoming a right pain in the backside for someone like me who builds the sodding things!
