Y reg cloth hood. The ignition was swtched off during hood-closing, wouldnt work at all when switched back on. It remained stuck half open so I followed the manual-closing instructions. It will now not open fully, the metal hood cover remains locked & will not release by pulling the release catch, consequently cant open the hood manually or electronically. Has anyone experienced this, how was it fixed? I spoke to the local renault garage, they didnt know what the solution is so i would really appreciate help.....
