You haven't lived, Mamya ;-). It's unfortunate that some people get social housing by being able to, but not wanting to work, where others who clearly need more help, don't get it.

Oh I've lived and knew recently of a family of four living in a B&B, one room with a wash hand basin to wash up etc.

Admittedly not long term but I can't see that thrusting strangers of mixed gender into bunks together is anything like humane in 2017.

I do know some don't help themselves, but still.
