exercise ball, exercises for pregnancy?

my sister has an exercise ball, but she is now pregnant, and wants to know what exercises she can do on it.

does anyone know a website that has some on?

i dont know any websites but a good exercise to do is to have the ball against a wall, put your back against it and roll down the wall bending your knees...it works the legs, the back and the tummy.
during the latter stages of pregnancy, its good just to squat on the ball and rock back and forth. It encourages the baby to get into the head first position.
sit ups are obviously a big no no, but towards the end of the pregnancy she can sit on it and sway her hips, and circle them, it helps open the pelvis to prepare for labour, particularly good if the weather isnt nice enough for regular walks
