As indicated earlier by Talbot, the imposition of the ban is contained within sentencing rules:-

and as he said, he can't find anything that says the rules have actually been changed.

No excuse, all due to an exchange of comments about a user using a Mobile, apart from the sentence & ban, this woman need anger management treatment, pregnant or not does not give her the excuse to do this.
