Drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit, cleanse, tone and moisturise EVERY day. There are lots of expensive cleansers, toners and moisturisers on the market, but they are not necessarily better than the cheaper ones. You have the advantage of being young so you can experiment and take time to find the ones that suits your skin. It really does make a difference though if you cleanse your skin properly, and keep it moisturised as that will keep wrinkles at bay for longer! I am not convinced by all these rejuvenating creams you can buy, I think they are probably unnecessary if you take good care of your skin from an early age. I didn't start until I was in my mid thirties and just a few weeks of proper, 3 step care every night, made a huge difference. Oh, and trust me, wear sunscreen..............
