From your last few questions, Honey, I'd assume you're stuck on a quiz! So if this is a quiz question, it's probably a trick -- the answer will be none, because people would be too terrified of the consequences of voting against the communists.

I vaguely recall hearing that an Albanian election (not necessarily the 1982 one) had a result of 99.9993% for the ruling party, with only one person not supporting them (I doubt they voted for anyone else, even if they could, they probably just didn't vote)
