Hello!

Apparently I have neglected you, unlike my waistline which I have been enhancing with all the seasonal treats.

Here's the previous issue: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Weight-Loss-and-Dieting/Question1520066.html

And the one before: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Body-and-Soul/Weight-Loss-and-Dieting/Question1511988.html

Anyone in freefall for the festive period? I've upped the number of long distance runs I can do, but the desire of a little nibble and a hearty dinner will probably get the best of me until boxing day.

How about you?

Good morning all, and hopefully you had no trouble finding us. What a good looking new website.....full of light and nice big font. Congratulations to the powers that be!
Ah weight ...I've stayed the same this week despite DH feeding me 2 cream buns this weekend.
Found you but in a roundabout way . Must have another look as not getting this under our onwards
No loss but the cream cake I had at my daughters on Monday may not have caught up with me yet
What are we like with all these cream things!
Ah, hi both.

A disastrous week without real reason.` In fairness I've not hit goal any day this week (too often feeling hungry - might be the winter season ?) but not so way out that it should have shot up every day. I would have expected to stay the same but it just kept increasing. It is only a surprise 1 lb loss over the last 24 hours that reduced the damage to a weekly gain of 1.1 lbs.

(I'm unsure I agree with the light being an advantage, makes it too bright at dusk and early morning; and the too large font is a design flaw in my opinion. Makes the mobile display hold little on the screen since I can't make one browser tab a smaller font to compensate for the error without all the others going smaller too. Still at least the mobile and tablet looks better since I discovered how to clear the cache.)

Anyway, well done you two for staying put.
Hi OG I blame the miserable weather at the moment . A cream cake cheers you up .roll on salad weather but not too much salad . Got this page sorted everything was a bit of a jumble on my iPad but today the categories are working and all getting back to normal well near normal .yes OG it would be like that for a phone .it was just my. iPad that was Jumbled ,PC was ok
Good morning all, just the same....bah! I have a salad every day ....soup and salad are good I think.
pass .looks like I am on my own on the naughty step .
Poor you W. you must concentrate on your follies. I'll make you a cuppa.
Oh Lor, is it Wednesday again already ?
Well this morning's weigh in showed no overall change from last Wednesday.
Glad to hear from you OG. I was afraid that you might be down with something.
Oh dear. Been noting what I've been eating but not working out the figures, for over a week. I just caught up on the daily sums and I can't believe the amount I've been eating each day. No wonder it wasn't going down.

But the big question must be is why I'm always feeling I need something during the afternoon/evening ? I can put it down to it being winter and cold weather I suppose but it doesn't really explain why I'm always feeling I need something at that time of day. :-(
Somebody said that you just need to do something 10 times and it becomes a habit. Why is it the bad things that are habit forming so easily.
