Naomi, if it hadn't have been for a letter from Several congressional Democrats asking for Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to grant a waiver for the child and her parents to come into the country for surgery, her treatment would still have been in doubt.

Trump has no conception of the complexities of his actions. He's a action before thought man which might work in business (sometimes) but not in politics.
