is there a safe nasal spray I can use to clear sinuses and stop swallowing all the gunk and getting That Cough again? Doc ( not my usual doc) prescribed Nasobec but I didn't read small print, I have read that some nasal sprays shouldn't be used with hyperthyroidism. Would Olbas Oil be as good? Thanks all.

Give your local pharmacy a ring, or pop in and ask. I have taken pills in the past that warn against taking with levothyroxine but pharmacist has explained and they've been ok for me to take.
Hyperthyroidism? Don't you mean hypothyroidism?
Sudofed nasal spray will do just fine and id available over the counter.
No problem with thyroid medication and if i remember correctly you are taking thyroxine.
