Parliament is sovereign and exercised their sovereignty when parliament agreed to kick off the process with the referendum. All that has happened is that judges have decided that they have to say go ahead for a second time (presumably because their first agreement couldn't be trusted ?) and Bremainers trying to derail the process have jumped at the chance to troll once again.

But that is obvious. and I didn't need to point that out, did I ?
