If Trumps tweets were coming through to Uk at Saturday 3am GMT, the Trump was posting them at Friday 10pm Eastern time. He is renowned for his early Tweets so probably the Tweet in Question was posted 3 am Eastern.

Trump makes a habit of tweeting in the wee small hours US time. Not sure which of the US time zones in the US this is, but I suspect it's Eastern Standard Time as he's usually based here.
