Has anyone used a MyHermes parcel shop to collect an item from? Are they reliable?

brilliant service i think, ive used them half a dozen times and never had a problem.

I think they are brilliant too - if what I can remember - they email you their package every step of the way - oh by the way - via email.

I had problems once but that was a delivery to a door, they couldn't be bothered to climb the stairs. The drop off and pick up service has been very good.
