"Send three and fourpence..." That is, three shillings and four pence in pre-decimal money. The other ending was "we're going to advance".

Send reinforcements - we're going to advance, came out as Send three and fourpence, we're going to a dance.

Yes, but I wonder if there is a classic one in the Chinese language, too? In any other languages, in fact?

If so, please include an English translation for the benefit of English speakers.

This may be offensive, and apologise in advance for the language, but when I was in the Cadets many a year ago,

"Wait for the VeryLight* and attack from the front!"

became

"Wait for the fairy, right? Then smack the c***."

* A flare fired into the air from a pistol for signalling or for temporary illumination

Robert, the game was also called 'Russian Scandal' or 'Russian Rumours' for obvious reasons...ie the story becomes embellished as it gets around.
The title 'Russian Scandal' is much older than the 'Chinese Whispers' version. The former is first recorded in the 1870s, whilst the latter appeared nowhere in print before the 1960s. I have no idea why people suddenly decided the game needed a new name.
I'm saying this because there appears to be absolutely no connection between the concept and the Chinese or Russian languages at all. Presumably these two were chosen as the name because the two peoples are often considered to be particularly inscrutable. Accordingly, I doubt that you'll find a Chinese version of such things.
