Does anybody know where i can purchase i sidewinder and if it is still legal to have a bike bigger than a 50/125cc on a provisional licence if you have one.

You can only ride a bike upto 125cc until you pass your test. Once you pass your test, you can, even on a restricted A2 licence, ride a larger bike that has been restricted. However, you cannot ride a restricted bike before you've passed your test.
