I feel sick. I clean every day. I cannot believe what i saw when i walked near my worktop near to sink and there was a wiggly worm. how did it get there? Kids havent a clue. We have been out most of day. I feel angry at myself,

They create soil basically. If all the earth worms disappeared over night we would be in big trouble.

When i was little i had a worm farm. I picked em up and put them in a pot...used to have loads by teatime, mother used to go mad and make me scrub my hands and nails with soap and nail brush. then she used to inspect my hands and if signs of soil, i had to go scrub again. She told me i would get worms in my tummy. i feel poorly when i see them now. I was so angry with myself thinking i didnt clean properly.
