Cancel Norton Subscription

My PC died a few days ago, and I bought a new one. On the new computer I have installed McAfee antivirus. On the old computer I had Norton antivirus. Can anyone please tell me how to cancel the old Norton subscription, which comes out of my account automatically.
I have been in all their web pages and cannot see how to cancel the subscription.

If you have done this DD, then cancel that with your bank as well. I had exactly the same problem earlier this summer, but in reverse !

I cancelled McAfee but they still took the DD, so I explained this to the Bank and they reversed the DD and gave me my dosh back !
