to leave house today. OH gave my chemo hair a no4 with clippers last night, cos he thought a no1 which I asked for would be too extreme for me. Think he was right. Keep catching site of self in mirrors and thinking my son's here.
Dare I risk one of my wigs, or one of turbans? :)

I'm not getting along with Lucy, she's too short and has parting on left which I've never had. Think shall see if I can swap it for a different one ;)

Mostly goon news from 2nd Chemo treatment yesterday, although have got a couple of apologetic email to send...seems saying "oh no" to new besties when they tell me they won't see me next time cos they were having final treatment was not correct response ;)

Good news re not liking short/messy Lucy wig ...they let me change her for longer, much nicer one,...only had to pay an extra £95....;)
Have named her Mildred, cos heard her name being called in waiting room, and mentioned at the time that it's not a name heard often enough these days ;)

I think wigs are a lot better now than they were years ago. My granny had one and it did look very "wiggy".
The Olympic cyclist Joanna Rowsell wears a wig when she's not racing because of alopecia (sp?) and hers looks very natural.
Best wishes on your recovery.
I dare not answer that on this site Baths!! it seem this sites's getting very good with clever members & their answer. xx
