Stuck On Safe Mode Login Screen
Had to force my girlfriends computer into safe mode by changing a setting in msconfig. Now the problem is that the keyboard setting on the login screen is Thai and the password is English...and every time I restart the Pc it just keeps going straight to safe mode because of the setting I changed. So what on earth do I do now??

I'm confused as to why you've needed to go via msconfig to access Safe Mode.
The usual way to do it is simply to repeatedly tap the F8 key during the computer's boot process. That should bring up the options of starting Windows normally, in Safe Mode, in 'Safe Mode with Networking', etc.
Given where you're now at, I'd suggest trying F8 anyway, in the hope that it will permit you to start Windows normally (allowing you to reverse your msconfig setting).
