Yesterday I decided to answer a certain question on AB via my tablet, but after constructing my answer I was unable to submit it because an advert was obscuring the submit button.

How can this problem be prevented?

does turning your tablet to one side help, or does the ad just stay in the same place?
My answer is the same as jno's.

It happens to me and I just turn the tablet onto its side and the submit button reappears. Prior to discovering that I would jab angrily at the place where the button should have been - not much happened.

Are you using a kindle fire AOG?
AOG if you scroll down to the bottom of the page when you are on your tablet, right at the bottom mind, have you tried clicking on Mobile AB?

Thank you for all your answers, the suggestion of turning the tablet to one side seems interesting, if not puzzling, but I will try that thanks jno and wolf.

No Ed I am not using a kindle fire, just an ordinary android tablet.

Not tried your suggestion Togo but I certainly will, thanks.
It happens on mobiles as well, chrome - Android.
Yes it's frustrating when i'm using my mobile to post , because of this ad blocking the submit button .

I and others would appreciate a fix - Ed ?
Try using a different browser on your tablet. The fault is almost certainly with the browser, not with the site.
I had a similar problem (Samsung Tab 4) which I rectified by downloading and using the AdBlock browser.
