car crash again

I was on the same road as the other driver when I checked my mirror as I always do the other car was roughly about 1/4 of a mile away so I started to slow down to turn into the juncton and I hadnt even got the car starting to turn and my car was hit, at ther seen the other driver said my tail lights werent working but the police on scene checked and they were.. I also know one of the people that was in the other car at the time and she said the driver never seen me but wont tell that to the other persons insurance, what can I do?

If they hit you from behind, they must have been too close or too fast, so it's their fault.


Unless they can prove that your brake lights didn't work (unlikely given that the police confirm they were OK).


Don't worry, let your insurance company sort it out, that's what you pay them for!
