He was prescient in the line I quoted.
The line quoted, from A hard rain's a-gonna fall, was written around the time of the Cuban missile crisis, and Dylan said each line from the song was an idea or a first line from other songs he thought he wouldn't have time to to write while he was alive, so he put as much he could into one song.
