Hey there, this is a long shot really...I remember a song from the very early 90s (i think) and it popped into my head and I've been trying to find it ever since.

All I can remember is there is a verse that says 'there's a murmer in the air, there's a magic atmosphere, and I can feel it'

sorry still not the one i'm looking for. Think it was either an indie song, possibly dance. All i can really remember was this guy had his arms in the air on the video.
