Those who can ill afford it may reduce from 50 tickets to 40 though. At least initially.

When the Lotto went up to £2, I stopped buying a ticket and haven't bought one since. With odds of something like 45m to 1, I don't think I've got much chance anyway

When lotto added a few more numbers I reduced the lines I play. They will probably have the same issue with Eurom now...people will pay the same but for fewer lines.
