What's the problem with Helen's lawyer, Anna I think? Does she have problems? She was certainly not much use at the hearing.

She's stressed out with looking after her mum who isn't making life very easy for her.

There is a sub-plot developing here. I presume that Anna has had some of breakdown in the past and its beginning to return.

If Helen ever does manage to get off this charge, it will be a miracle on the same scale as that with the loaves and fishes.
