Ah! thank you
i have to laugh at the people who voted out who are now whingeing about it, why vote out if you dont want out ?

stuff it up em....idiots !!
I don't think the vitriol is one sided either by age group or how people voted, in fact there's so much of it it is bouncing around like flatus in a tin can.
This puts me in mind of the Tory election in 1975. Thatcher supporters played down her chances by saying that Heath was sure to win but needed a wake-up call. We all know what happened.
If the 'Remainers' would accept the result with good grace rather than whinging and whining all the time, perhaps we could all move on.
I think we shoudl move away from the terms Reamainers and Leavers now but using those terms for the puprpose of this thread I think most remainers have accepted the decision and are keen for things to move on now. Some Remainers are still complaining, but some Leavers are also complaining at the lack of follow up action and some get pleasure out of drawing attention to upset 'Remainiacs' which makes the issue seem bigger than it really is
fiction-factory, I agree. Time to get a grip.
those who are'up in arms'as it were, are those who are so what ever is different from their view.
I think the notion that 'young people' are having a pop at 'old people' is something of a media construct in this instance.

The generations have always had their differences, as a baby boomer, I remember the war generation being annoyed at teenagers with massive spending power, and culture exploding to help them spend it.

I don't buy this idea that young people resent old people for voting to leave the EU - that is how democracy works, and anyone who wants to have an opinion should grasp that as a basic fact.

I think the media are loving all the turmoil, but it doesn't mean we should believe their mischief.
