A 90's group had to hire a vocalist to sing explict lyrics that the current vocalist wouldn't sing (I believe the hired singer was a past member of this group). Does any one know which Group and song this is?

I know the old singer from Beautiful South (Briana) was upset about the content of their lyrics and left, to be replaced by Jackie - might that be it?
