Yoghurt
What if you add yogurt ?
* I would consider roasting up toms and onions with olive oil, blitzing and adding to the mix. It might bring it down.
* coffee makes it richer, which might distract?
* a splash of cinder vinegar can take the tartness of the heat/honey out
Cinder vinegar?

Chilli so hot it burns the vinegar ?
Simples:

Chilli - bin!

You - Chippy!
Plain yoghurt (put some on the table too or chop up cucumber to mix with the yoghurt and make raita as a side dish).
Throw a potato or two in it....will absorb some of the heat as it cooks.
Split it in half and prepare the onions etc to make a second batch, without adding any more chilli, I've had to do this many times, you'll then have another meal to freeze.
I've done this myself, add lemon juice. It worked for me
