How To Be Ovedose Or How Many Pills Kill Human?

How many pills to kill somebody if somebody want to die? And how to do by pain killer? Actually I feel very bad and sad on this half year. I was thinking about good way to all end. But I am not sure I am scared about train or bridge or I don't want to fall into car or bus or train because I will limited people. Really I am sure about this I want to end.I wrote a goodbye letter yesterday.

I don't know why you had to give a reason for seeing your doctor..
Your doctor may prescribe anti-depressants, counselling, referral to the Mental Health team...but please tell him exactly how you feel.

My son was self harming. I phoned the doctors and the receptionist took a message. The doctor was back on the phone to me with 30 minutes and had an appointment book for him with teen counselors for that next weekend.

It was a place called lowdown. Google them and contact them. If they haven't got a service in your area they'll probably know of a place that does.

It took 3 sessions for us to see a major difference in our son.

are you feeling lonely ? thats where social media comes in, you can make loads of friends on those ,face book for one, you need to talk things out with a friend whether on face book or a friend you have already , but you have to make an effort not sit back and wallow in the way you are now,btw been there and as the saying goes got the t shirt

I was in your place a few years back. I was literally minutes from throwing myself under a train. I was very lucky and got sectioned to a psychiatric unit where I eventualy got the help I needed. My life is now very different. Not perfect by a long shot but the suicidal depression is gone. Today I have my friends, my family, my home, my hobbies etc. Depression is a horrible illness but treatable. Hang around this site and post when you need to, you'll have great support and maybe even make new friends (I have) and get the support of your doctor.

Depression, feeling suicidal etc are all illnesses. Nothing to be ashamed of and much more common than you would imagine. Well done for making the appointment. Let us know how things go.

As grasscarp says, nothing to be ashamed of, unfortunetly theres still the ignoramus's who think you should just 'pull yourself together'. Thankfully theres not many of them on this site.

Thank you for support suddenly I feel a bit better. I am going to go to my GP tomorrow so I'll try to explain but I don't want to take a antidepressions. So I hope it will be better and also my parents won't to know.

Because I use to do self harm by knife and my daddy saw it one day. And he was furious and I had lots of trouble he didn't trust me and he controlled me every day my hands and he hid all sharp things. And it was really bad for me
So I can't to say this any more.

No I haven't tryed but I would like. But it isn't allowed in UK I guess.

You are obviously young. All it would do is cause grief for those you leave behind. I can understand your father doing that.

If you Can't talk to your family, talk to your doctor or the Samaritans. They will help you.

Go to your GP's surgery and ask to see the emergency on call GP and tell them how you feel and that you have have suicidal thoughts. You will hopefully be seen by the emergency psychiatrist.

You are not alone in feeling down, but we would all feel very down if you did something silly. And before you ask I felt the same 20 years ago and my GP helped me. YOU MUST GO SEE YOUR GP NOW
