Does anyone know how to remove dried bird droppings?


There is an ad by RAC I think that tells you to pre-soak it with something, but I can't remember what it is.

The advert says to put on a warm / hot flannel / tissue / towel on it and leave for about 5 minutes and then just wipe away.


I just boil the kettle and stick it on a tissue and cover and then wipe away later.

Thank you - it did work. It took my mum and I 1hour to get it all off. Thankfully none of the paint came off, but it has stained slightly - Oh no!! Waxing tonight :-/
