What was the music used during the nomination sketch for a motorbike champion that won an award for his book 'What If I Hadn't Tried That? On yesterdays book awards show? I think it may have been by a british indie-ish band?

I think the lyrics are something like 'so watch me rise up again, we are young, life goes on' if that helps

It's called Ashes and it's by Embrace. It features on their 'Out of Nothing' album
