That's sort of the point of my post - it's a myth, they didn't. Nor have they banned giblets.

Re Creosote, I don't know but if it is carcinogenic at least you know you can still get it somewhere.

What I'd really like to see back on our deli counters is the Australian and New Zealand cheddar cheeses. They were lovely and buttery and oh so popular , lovely mild cheeses.
