Please could someone point me in the right direction? I am after the soundtrack for the new Miami Vice film (2006). I cannot locate it in HMV or Virgin. Also, the name of the Artist and song used on the trailer...

The film is not due for theatrical release until 28th July.

It is not normal for an Official Soundtrack album to be released before the film especially as, in this case, Michael Mann has recently changed composers for the original score.

The track in the trailer is "Numb/Encore" by Jay-Z and Linkin Park.

Thanks for the info - I'm so greatful! That beat has been going round in my head since I heard it in the cinema. Now I can listen to the full track... and maybe get a new tune stuck in? lol
