Does anyone know the name of the country/rural programme from the 70s where a tweedy chap would discuss vintage farming implements? I think Bob Fleming from The Fast Show was based on him?!

Jack Hargreaves in Out of Town

I think you might be talking about Jack Hargreaves who presented a programme on Southern TV called Out of Town and a couple of others. He uesd to do sudjects like fishing ,farming and the countryside as a whole. He was very "Tweedy" so this may be your man. Unfortunately now deceased.
