subtitles

I have digital satellite tv and can only get subtitles on the bbc channels and UKgold. Anyidea how to get them on the other channels such as channel 4 or ITV?

If you have Sky, give them a call and they can set them up for you which is what I had to do. But if you have cable, then they don't provide subtitles for many of the channels. Your best bet is to call them and check, if they don't ask them why not and lodge a complaint as we should be able to get them on all channels.

thanks loads! I01 gave them a call and discovered you can turn them on in the service section of the menu!
