nationwide mortgages advert with young couple?

There is a recent ad with a young couple coming to Martin Brent for a nationwide mortgage and he says they have come to the right place as "he has thousands".He talks rubbish at them and they leave hurriedly. Does anybody know the name of the ACTRESS in the ad?? Her face is very familiar from...a comedy...a soap??

Thanks for answering, Lotuseater, but the actress is definitely white not black.They do have the ad at the visit4info site under nationwide but don't give the names of the actors.
