cushions or cushion covers

I'm on the lookout for some plain pale blue and pink cushion covers, like these only nicer:

I've tried everywhere, has anyone seen any in high street or online?

I'm not really asking for suggestions of where to look, as I have looked all the obvious places, but has anyone actually seen these anywhere?

I don't know if they are the same ones as in the picture but I do know that I saw something very similar in Sainsbury's. I nearly bought them myself but I wanted all blue and they only had one left but they did have plenty of the pink ones. They were a type of satin fabric and very nice. I nearly travelled to another Sainsbury's for them but ended up making them myself.

I was in Sainsbury's yesterday and I noticed that they have those cusions in stock in both pink and blue. They are �8.99 which includes the cushion and the cover
