I've just typed quite a big piece to go into Answerbank, then pressed something wrong and it's gone. How can I get it back? Help appreciated.

On the iPad, you get "Notes" as an app. I type what I want on there, check it etc, and then copy and paste it into AB.

I think you just learned that it is NEVER a good idea to type a lengthy piece into a "live" program. The best way is to type it into your favourite word-processor, saving frequently. Then correct it and cut-and-paste it into AB (or whatever). That way you are as immune as you can get from power/computer/software /human failures.

Thanks, bhg. I was using my ipad, and still haven't got the hang of it, I've come back to my desktop now, it's so much easier!

It may be too late now but you could try using the back arrow
...or right click and 'undo'
No, right click on an iPad, ff.
