Hi since having PC back from repair shop I've just gone on Facebook and tried to play videos, a message appears saying" flash unavailable. We are having trouble playing this video" it seem like something else hasn't been put back on PC Any ideas what? And how I get it? Thanks

Follow any instructions you see. (They're slightly different with different browsers).

Restart your computer. (Possibly not strictly necessary but usually best, as it forces Windows to update the registry).
